Created at the end of the 1950s by a couple of young Marseille horticulturists specializing in cacti, the exotic garden of Sanary-sur-Mer has gradually welcomed animal species from different continents.
Covering an area of 2 hectares, the animal and exotic park of Sanary-sur-Mer today allows you to discover many exotic animals and plants: 29 species of mammals (serval, armadillo, meerkat, otter, lemur... ), 28 species of birds (macaw, cockatoo, red flamingo, cassowary...) and 7 species of reptiles (spectacled caiman, iguana, turtle, monitor lizard...) await you, to the delight of young and old alike. big ones !
On the botanical side, Zoa Parc presents a vast collection of tropical plants (including the famous carnivorous plants) and cacti.
The park also offers: free parking, picnic areas, playground, snack bar, souvenir shop.
Opening information
Opening hours change with the seasons and during school holidays. To prepare for your visit, consult the opening hours of the day of your visit. Please note that the duration of the visit lasts between 2 and 2.5 hours and the ticket office closes one hour before the park closes.
